A Glimpse of Spring

I had a fun and successful home party last night, and I should be in a great mood. However, I woke up grouchy and in pain and just when I thought the whole day was going to be a bust, the Burpee seed catalog came today! A glimpse of Spring and a little message from the universe that despite sick and bitter mothers, unruly children and a sucky economy, life goes on and brighter (and warmer!) days are ahead. Isn't funny how that happens and such a little thing can cheer you up?

I've had Spring flowers on my mind lately, and I made the cutest lily of the valley earrings the other day:

While sleeping in on Saturday felt pretty darn good, I am missing it terribly - especially my little Katie-bug - the baby of the vendors across from me! How pathetic is that???? LOL - I guess I'm needing a baby-fix!
